About us
Welcome to Lintels! As our name suggests, we provide expert support to provide peace of mind if you are buying a first or next home, you are selling your home or if you are planning significant refurbishment/ extensions to your existing home.
We understand that whether you are buying, selling, or staying at home and planning improvements, this is a significant financial commitment. The process can be stressful, particularly in current times with an uncertain financial market and pressures on your cost of living.
We are the new generation of surveyors, technically trained and with the advantage of using modern tools and technology in addition to our expert knowledge and experience to help you understand your property inside out. Buying, selling your home, and planning improvements is costly: we understand that funds for further investigations and essential works may be limited. Our detailed surveys can save you money and avoid the hassle that may come with renegotiating price or prevent expensive unseen costs in refurbishment/ improvement projects.
Are you ready to move and need peace of mind? Are you planning improvements and need to understand better the need for maintenance or the interface between modern and older materials? Contact us now for a chat about your property and a quote.
If you are looking for expert advice on an issue with your home, e.g., damp, cracking of masonry and lintels, roof issues, etc., we provide this too! Use this link to get in touch now.
